Matthew Pence has extensive experience in regulatory roles, currently serving as Regulatory Manager and previously as Regulatory Scientist at J.R. Simplot Company since 2012. Prior to this, Matthew completed a post-doctoral fellowship at Vanderbilt University from June 2009 to September 2012. Matthew holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Wake Forest University School of Medicine, earned in 2009, and a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from Brigham Young University, obtained in 2003.
