Michael Carter

Michael Carter has extensive experience in finance and information systems, currently serving as the Record to Report Data Lead at J.R. Simplot Company since December 2019. Prior to this role, Michael held significant positions at Idaho Power as a Sr. IT Business System Analyst and Application Developer I, and at HP as the Strategic Alliances Lead Financial Analyst. Michael's career at Micron Technology spanned over two decades, during which various roles included Manager of CPG FP&A and Cost Accounting, Cost Accounting Manager, and several positions in financial analysis and accounting. Michael holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Boise State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics with a focus on Accounting from the University of Idaho.
