Michael Zeller is an accomplished culinary professional serving as the Senior Corporate Executive Chef in Research and Development at J.R. Simplot Company since December 2023. With a longstanding career in the food industry, Zeller previously held positions as Corporate Executive Chef for Simplot and Johnsonville Sausage, as well as Corporate Chef roles at Real Urban Barbecue and Grecian Delight Foods. Zeller possesses expertise in product and concept ideation, recipe development for retail and foodservice, and product presentation. Zeller's culinary education was completed at Madison Area Technical College, where a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Cooking was obtained.
