Mishelle Walsh is an experienced professional in customer service and organizational change management in the agribusiness sector. Currently serving as the OCM & Training Director and Organizational Change Lead at J.R. Simplot Company since January 2017, Mishelle has also held positions such as Head of Supply Chain Customer Service and Agribusiness Customer Service Manager, leading a team dedicated to customer service in wholesale agriculture and turf management.
