Nicholai Pitman has significant experience in various roles within the engineering and operations sectors, currently serving as Packaging Manager at J.R. Simplot Company since June 2020, with previous positions including Plant Shift Manager, Pilot Plant/QA Supervisor, and Process Engineer I. Prior to joining J.R. Simplot, Nicholai worked briefly as a Seasonal Sortation Associate at Amazon in March 2020 and held multiple positions while studying at Boise State University from January 2016 to December 2019, including Research Technician and Student Athlete.
