Nikhil Tandon

Nikhil Tandon has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Nikhil started their career in 1989 as a Marketing Executive at CRESTHALE (U.K.) LTD. Nikhil then became the Country Manager at the same company and worked there until 1991. From 1992 to 1995, they worked as a Trader and Marketing Manager at Continental Grain Company, specializing in Proteins & Feed Ingredients. Starting in 2001, they served as a Research Associate at London Business School for a year. Nikhil then joined Simplot Australia Pty Ltd and held various positions, such as Supplier Development Manager and Key Projects & Indirect Spend Manager. In 2013, they became the Operations Director at Simplot Australia Pty Ltd before transitioning to J.R. Simplot Company in 2018, where they became the Country Head for India. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director Global Strategic Sourcing at J.R. Simplot Company.

Nikhil Tandon holds an M.S. degree in Management from the London Business School, which they obtained in 2001 through the Sloan Fellowship program. Prior to that, they completed a Master of International Business (MIB) degree in International Business at the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade between 1987 and 1989. Nikhil began their higher education journey with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Commerce from the Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning in 1987. Additionally, Nikhil Tandon possesses certifications as a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (MCIPS), and a Member of the Institute of Managers and Leaders (MIML).
