Nikki Hyer

Nikki Hyer is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in benefits administration and employee relations. Currently serving as a Benefits Specialist at J.R. Simplot Company since July 2023, Nikki previously held leadership roles at Lamb Weston as Human Resources Service Center Manager and Manager of Benefits Administration, as well as positions at Swire Coca-Cola and WinCo Foods, where responsibilities included employee investigations, performance management, and benefit strategy implementation. Nikki began the HR career as HR/Payroll Manager at Western States Equipment and Corporate HR Manager at Management & Training Corporation. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Management from Gonzaga University and an MBA from the University of Utah.
