Oscar Herrera Delgado

Oscar Herrera Delgado has extensive experience in sales and commercial roles. Oscar is currently working as the North Latam Sales Director at J.R. Simplot Company since February 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Mexico Commercial Director at cbc from November 2018 to February 2021.

Oscar also worked at Traxión as the Regional Commercial Director from June 2018 to November 2018, where they were responsible for sales and commercial strategy, customer service, and market development. Oscar successfully achieved the 2018 New Business target and restructured the commercial team to improve performance.

Before that, Oscar had a long tenure at The Coca-Cola Company starting in June 2011. Oscar held various roles including Market Execution Sr Manager and Still Bev Operation Sr Manager. During their time at The Coca-Cola Company, they were responsible for commercial strategy, sales, marketing execution, channel development, and managing P&L. Oscar achieved significant financial results and successfully recovered market share points through the implementation of dynamic segmentation and execution projects based on BIG DATA.

Prior to joining The Coca-Cola Company, Oscar worked at Kellogg Company as a Key Account Manager and Regional Sales and Operation Manager. Oscar developed strong customer relationships and successfully managed P&L.

Oscar started their career at Cadbury Schweppes Bottling Group as a Franchise Manager Bajio from June 2002 to July 2007. Oscar began their professional journey at Unilever as a Sales Representative from June 2000 to June 2002.

Oscar Herrera Delgado's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Foreign Trade from the Universidad Hispanoamericana (MX) from 1996 to 2000. Oscar also attended the Tecnológico de Monterrey, where they completed courses in Sales and Negotiation as well as Commercial Strategies in 2002 and 2003. In 2019, Oscar pursued further education at the Panamerican Business School, specializing in Advanced Strategic Negotiation. Oscar also completed a Diploma in Digital Marketing & E-Commerce at Needed.Education in 2019. Most recently, in 2023 to 2024, Oscar attended the IPADE Business School, focusing on High-level Management.
