Phoebe Dowling

Phoebe Dowling is an experienced sustainability leader currently serving as the Head of Sustainability at Simplot Australia Pty Ltd since July 2020. In this role, Phoebe is responsible for developing and implementing the business sustainability strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders. Prior to this position, Phoebe held several roles at J.R. Simplot Company, including Project Manager and Global Make To Deploy Process Team Lead, where responsibilities included relationship management and designing standard processes for global ERP implementation. Phoebe's extensive career at Simplot Australia Pty Ltd also includes positions such as National Quality Manager, Quality Manager for Simplot Plants, Quality Assurance Coordinator, and Quality Assurance Technologist, focusing on food safety and quality strategy, team leadership, and compliance. Phoebe holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Food and Nutrition from Western Sydney University.
