Rachael Hunter

Rachael Hunter is an experienced professional currently serving as the Regional Trucking Manager at J.R. Simplot Company, overseeing fleet operations and the relaunch of the OTR fleet in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Rachael has also held various educational roles, including instructing Business Management courses as an Independent Contractor with the University of Guelph and as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Minnesota Crookston. Previous positions include Division Safety Manager and Division Administration Manager at Transystems LLC, where responsibilities ranged from safety training and compliance audits to administrative operations oversight. Additionally, Rachael has experience in financial administration from serving as the Financial Administrative Assistant for First Presbyterian Church and in equine management through roles at the University of Minnesota Crookston. Rachael holds an M.B.A. in Business Administration and Management from the University of Mary and a Bachelor of Science degree in Equine Industries Management from the University of Minnesota Crookston.
