Randy Hamilton is an experienced engineer with a focus on project and process management in the mining and chemical sectors. Currently serving as an Engineer at J.R. Simplot Company since September 2019, Randy has previously held significant roles at Tata Chemicals and Rio Tinto, where contributions included leading projects for Process Safety Management (PSM) and setting production records. At Newmont Mining Corporation, Randy advanced through various positions, demonstrating leadership as a Process Shift Foreman and serving as acting Chief Metallurgist, while managing metallurgical processes and ensuring safety and environmental compliance. Randy began the career as a Metallurgical Engineer at Glamis Gold LTD, specializing in metallurgical accounting and heap leach operations.
