Roberto Roman has extensive experience in the culinary industry, having served as Corporate Executive Chef at J.R. Simplot Company since August 2016 and previously at Waypoint from July 2011 to July 2016. Prior roles include Executive Chef at Hilton Garden Inn-Lewisville, where financial responsibility encompassed purchasing, staffing, training, and compliance with health and safety standards. Roberto also held positions as Executive Sous Chef at Omni Hotels and Fairmont Hotels and Resorts. Educational qualifications include a diploma from Skyline High School and a Chef's Apprenticeship in Food & Hospitality from El Centro College.
