Sathya Adimulam

Sathya Adimulam has extensive experience in the biotech sector, currently holding the position of Manager of Biotech Regulatory Compliance and Manager of Quality Systems at J.R. Simplot Company since November 2006. In these roles, Sathya develops and manages the Biotechnology Quality Management Systems to ensure compliance with USDA-APHIS regulations and oversees USDA permits for biotech crops. Prior to this, Sathya served as a Biotech Regulatory Specialist at Simplot Plant Sciences, focusing on quality management. Experience at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company from January 2001 to October 2006 as a Biotech Scientist included developing high throughput tissue culture and transformation systems, as well as acting as Safety Manager. Earlier experience at Monsanto from November 1997 to December 2000 involved establishing a transformation lab in India and leading projects for ornamental crops. Sathya holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Foreign Trade from Symbiosis Institute of Foreign Trade and a Master's degree in Biosciences from Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning.
