Scott Mrachek has a diverse work experience in the foodservice industry. Scott started their career as a Sales Representative at Food Services of America in 1997, where they focused on account development and territory management. Scott then moved to US Foodservice in 2001 as a District Sales Manager, overseeing multiple sales territories and emphasizing customer consultation and associate development. In 2003, they returned to Food Services of America as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, responsible for the sales and profitability of a $100 million company. Scott later transitioned to the role of Director of Business Development, strategically identifying high-level targets and building profitable relationships. In 2013, Scott joined J.R. Simplot Company as the Director of Corporate Accounts, leading key strategic distributor and buying groups within the distribution segment of foodservice. Scott progressed to become the Senior Director of Corporate Accounts and then the Sr. Director Chain & Corporate Accounts, focusing on contract negotiation, compliance, and overall P&L. Throughout their career, Scott has demonstrated expertise in sales, marketing, team management, and cross-functional collaboration.
