Scott Sword has a diverse background in engineering, with experience ranging from software engineering to management roles. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at J.R. Simplot Company, Scott has previously held positions such as Director of Engineering at PlexTrac and Senior Engineering Manager at Intuit. With a BBA in General Business from Boise State University, Scott also has experience as a Co-Founder & Senior Software Engineer at Talentpair and as a Recon Marine at 3rd Reconnaissance Battalion in the United States Marine Corps.
