Stacia Rast

Stacia Rast is an experienced professional in the field of information technology and project management, currently serving as the SAP Product Director at J.R. Simplot Company since January 2020. Previous roles at J.R. Simplot include Director of Digital Solution Strategy & Enablement and Digital Commercial Process Team Lead. Prior to this, Stacia held various positions at Idaho Power, including IT Portfolio and PMO Manager and Senior IT Project Manager, and was the Director of the Project Management Office at Scentsy, Inc., where the focus was on creating and implementing a centralized project management approach. Stacia's earlier career includes roles at iTradeNetwork as a Product Designer and Scrum Master and at Micron Technology in various capacities, such as Business Process Analyst and SAP Configuration Analyst. Stacia studied at Boise State University from 1998 to 2000.
