Thelma Houlis

Thelma Houlis has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Thelma currently holds the position of Senior Vice President Global Human Resources at J.R. Simplot Company, where they provide strategic leadership in various areas such as Health & Safety, Talent, and Leadership Learning & Development. Prior to this, they were the Head of Total Reward at the same company. Before their time at J.R. Simplot, Thelma served as the Remuneration & Benefits Manager at Simplot Australia Pty Ltd and the Performance & Rewards Advisor at Incitec Pivot. Thelma also worked as a Remuneration Manager at Sensis and a HR Advisor at Trading Post. Thelma began their career at Auto Trader Australia Pty Ltd, where they held multiple roles including Finance & Human Resources Manager, Finance Manager, Finance Assistant, and Production Assistant.

Thelma Houlis obtained an Executive Certificate of Business in Human Resources and International Economics from Monash University in 2010. Thelma then pursued a Masters of Human Resource Management from the same university, graduating in 2012.
