Katherine Lukens is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in benefits, payroll, and job structure management. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager and Benefit & Payroll Specialist at Simploy, Inc. since October 2017, Katherine has previously held the position of Human Resource Associate at Stifel Financial Corp. and completed an internship at HR Advantage, Inc. where responsibilities included updating job descriptions and performing reference and background checks. Katherine is also a member of Sigma Kappa Sorority and holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Missouri State University, earned in 2016.
