Peder Nordvaller is the Chief Technology Officer at Simployer, leading the company in providing cutting edge HR tech and HR expertise to Northern Europe. Prior to this role, Peder was the Founder and CTO/VP Product at &frankly, a platform for employee engagement. With a strong background in IT and management consulting, Peder has a wealth of experience in digital strategy development and business development. Peder also founded their own venture, Emburst, within web consulting and services. With a Master's degree in Information Technology from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Peder has a solid educational foundation to complement their impressive professional experience.
