In these roles, Paul was responsible for daily production, project, analytics, and quality activities for several key servicing areas for $160B portfolio through liquidation; led regulatory control development, remediation, compliance, and performance for key State and Federal regulatory bodies/activities to include CFPB, OCC/FRB Consent Orders, National AG Settlement, and U.S Bankruptcy Code; achieved over $120MM in expense saves through various process improvement activities; and led SOX 404 Financial, Operational, and IT control scoping, development, testing, and compliance activities for Consumer and Mortgage Lending portfolio.

Paul Saroj has an MBA from Clarkson University and a degree from the State University of New York College at Plattsburgh.
