Place, where every current and future lover of Pole Dancing is welcomed!

Would you like to learn Pole Dancing, see quickly improvements and prefer private lessons? Then Simply Pole is here for you!

I am teaching in my Pole dance room on one-piece Pole with 5 cm diameter made from stainless steel which is 2,5 m long with option to switch mode to spin.

I am cooperating with pole dance studio Firefly and Pole Heaven so the private lessons can have place also there. Poles in both studios are with 4,5 cm diameter and 3 m long.

In lessons I emphasize especially on correct technical execution of individual spins, tricks and physical training.

Simply Pole pole dance room is near metro station "C" Háje.
