Our real estate division specialises in sales, marketing, content creation, and lead generation for residential and mixed-use developments. Having worked with some of the world’s most prominent developers and global operators, and produced marketing for some of the most premium developments internationally, we now operate as our own group—providing strategic insight, creative execution, and performance-driven solutions across the property lifecycle.

Wellbeing has always been a core pillar of the group. Our director, Darrell Rabess, has long been an advocate for high-performance health and wellbeing, coaching successful CEOs and senior leaders to balance physical strength, mental resilience, and long-term health while leading complex organisations. This expertise now underpins our corporate wellbeing programmes and advisory services.

Our third pillar is social impact, delivered through the Healthy Mind, Strong Body Charity. Through this work, we focus on equipping the next generation with practical life skills, discipline, confidence, and resilience—ensuring young people become assets, not liabilities, to society.

Through this charitable arm, and in partnership with local authorities and developers, we design and deliver programmes that integrate health, wellbeing, and property-led social value, helping developments give back to the communities they serve while creating measurable positive outcomes.
