Jon Raper

Jon Raper is a seasoned information security executive with extensive experience in developing and implementing security strategies for large global organizations. As Chief Information Security Officer and AVP-Deputy CISO at Costco Wholesale since July 2020, Jon has led a comprehensive information security program across a $158 billion enterprise with a presence in 19 countries. Previously, Jon served as Senior Director of Global Information Security at Oracle, where responsibilities included establishing security operations centers and overseeing various security operations. Other notable positions include Director of Security Incident Response at Walmart and roles within the U.S. Secret Service. Jon Raper holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Arkansas and a GSLC from the SANS Technology Institute.
