Bas Koene

Bas Koene has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Bas is currently working as the Head of Technical Operations at Simply.TV, a position they have held since May 2022. Prior to this, Bas held multiple roles at GVIDI, including Managing Director, Operations Manager, and Operations Specialist, from 2019 to 2022. Bas also worked at ITNM as an Operations Manager and Operations Specialist from 2019 to 2021. Before entering the operations field, Bas worked as a Recruiter Logistics at YoungCapital from 2017 to 2019. Bas also gained experience as an Allround Employee at Zwinkels Tomaten from 2012 to 2017 and as an Intern in Brand Management at Decorum Company in 2016.

Bas Koene completed a Bachelor's degree in International Communication and Media, with a focus on Marketing, Public Relations, Logistics, Human Resources, and Korean Language, from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) from 2013 to 2017. In 2016, Bas Koene also studied Business Administration at Hanyang University. Bas further pursued their education at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam), where they obtained a Premaster's degree in Business Administration - MBA in 2019. Bas Koene completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Digital Business and Innovation at VU Amsterdam in 2020.
