Matt Dudley

Matt Dudley has a diverse work experience. Matt currently holds the position of Chief of Staff at SimplyAgree since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Program Director at LUMA Institute from October 2018 to February 2022. Matt also founded and served as the CEO of The Skillery from 2011 to 2018. Matt has experience as a Director of Operations at Stoked from February 2016 to June 2018. Earlier in their career, Matt held roles as an Associate Director at Northwestern University from June 2004 to July 2011, as a Faculty member at Harding Academy from August 2008 to June 2011, as a Faculty member at New Trier High School District from August 2005 to August 2008, and as a Faculty member at Berkshire Country Day School from April 2003 to August 2005. Matt also had early work experience as a Page at NBCUniversal, Inc. from June 2001 to May 2002, and as a Logistics Assistant to NBC's Senior Vice President of the Olympics at NBC Olympics in 2002.

Matt Dudley received their Bachelors degree in Speech and Theatre from Northwestern University, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. Later, from 2006 to 2008, they pursued a Masters degree in Teacher Leadership from the University of Illinois Springfield. During the same period, they also completed a Certification in Teaching, specializing in Theatre for grades 6-12, from Illinois State University.
