Emma's career began at The SSE Arena, Belfast, where Emma held various positions, including Concourse Coordinator, Supervisor, and Catering Assistant, from September 2011 to November 2018. Additionally, Emma gained customer service experience through a student placement at Energia from June 2015 to July 2016.
