Florence Déry has work experience in various roles and industries. Florence began their career in 2014 as a Sales Associate at Tommy Hilfiger, where they worked until 2016. Florence then transitioned to a role as a Barista at Second Cup from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, Florence joined BMO Financial Group as a Senior Customer Service Representative, where they worked until 2020. Most recently, they have been employed at Zeffy, starting in 2020 as a Charity Outreach Coordinator and later transitioning to the role of Charity Success Manager in November 2021.
Florence Déry's education history begins in 2009 when they attended École d'Éducation Internationale and obtained a DES. From 2014 to 2016, they attended Cégep du Vieux Montreal and received a DEC in Sciences Humaines with a leadership profile. Following this, Florence studied at McGill University - Desautels Faculty of Management from 2016 to 2019, where they completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree with a triple concentration in Marketing, Managing for Sustainability, and Organizational Behaviour.
In 2020, they obtained a certification in Cours sur les fonds d'investissement au Canada (CFIC) from Institut IFSE. Currently, Florence is pursuing a Masters in Management with a focus on Social Innovation at HEC Montréal, expected to be completed in 2023.
