Tim Main has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tim started their career in 1998 as a Non Commissioned Officer in the Canadian Armed Forces, where they served as an Infanteer and participated in various domestic and international operations, aid missions, disaster response, and training exercises.

After leaving the military in 2013, Tim joined McCain Foods as a Production Management Trainee (PMT), where they supervised teams and managed manufacturing and logistical operations. Tim then moved on to The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. in 2006, initially serving as a Production Manager and later as the Director of Operations for the Canadian Supply Chain. Tim also held the role of Manager of HR Business Partner for Canadian Supply Chain and R&D, contributing to the company's human resources strategies.

In 2015, Tim became the General Manager of North American Manufacturing and Distribution at LUSH FRESH HANDMADE COSMETICS, overseeing operations in the region. Tim then joined Amazon in 2016 as a Senior Operations Manager before transitioning to Metro Inc. in 2017 as the Director of Operations and Supply Chain Automation. At Metro Inc., Tim played a key role in optimizing operations and supply chain efficiency.

In 2021, Tim joined Gesco Group of Companies as the Director of National Operations before being promoted to Vice President of Supply Chain and Logistics. Their responsibilities included overseeing the company's supply chain and logistics functions.

Currently, Tim Main holds the role of Senior Vice President of Supply Chain and Operations at SimplyProtein, where they lead the company's supply chain and operations strategy.

Tim Main has a diverse education history. In 2000, they earned their Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Sobey School of Business at Saint Mary's University, where the specific field of study is unknown. In 2014, Tim attended York University - Osgoode Hall Law School, where they obtained a Certificate in HR Law.
