Christy Schoon

Christy Schoon is an experienced professional with a robust history in strategy consulting and management across various technology firms. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Strategy & Value Consulting at Simpplr since March 2020, Christy leads the Strategy Consulting Practice and focuses on enhancing customer intranet programs through a people and process-centric approach. Previous roles include Principal Strategy Consultant at Kapost and Jive Software, where Christy developed consulting practices and methodologies aimed at driving organizational change and customer success. Early career experiences include establishing the Social Business Strategy practice at NewsGator Technologies and leading inside sales teams across various technology companies. Christy holds a BA in French with an emphasis on business from Notre Dame de Namur University and has furthered education at the University of Colorado Boulder and Université Côte d'Azur.
