Rishiraj Biswas

Rishiraj Biswas has a strong passion for technology and extensive experience in customer experience roles. They began their career as a Programmer Analyst at Cognizant, where they developed inventory management applications and engaged with clients to capture business requirements. Rishiraj later served as a Business Analyst at FinIQ Consulting Pvt.Ltd., focusing on structured products for trading platforms. Currently, Rishiraj manages customer success at Simpplr and previously held a managerial role in digital customer success at Freshworks. They hold an MBA in Marketing and Operations from the Faculty of Management Studies at the University of Delhi and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the National Institute of Information Technology.
