Daniela Santos

Daniela Santos has extensive experience in human resources and training and development, holding key positions at Simpress since April 2011, including Diretora de Capital Humano, Gerente de RH, and Training and Development Manager. During this tenure, Daniela has been instrumental in planning and executing training programs, managing succession plans, and implementing organizational development initiatives. Prior to Simpress, Daniela worked at Interfile Full Service BPO from October 2005 to April 2011, serving as Human Resources Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing various HR functions and managing performance indicators. Daniela began their career at Interfile in 2001 as a Human Resources Assistant. Daniela holds an MBA in Gestão Empresarial from INPG and has completed language education at Wimbledon School of English.
