Guilherme Abreu has a diverse background in human resources and compensation management, having held various positions across different organizations. Starting as a Jovem Aprendiz and later as an Estagiário de Recursos Humanos at Prefeitura do Município de Osasco, Guilherme supported recruitment processes, including CV filtering, job postings, interviews, and test administration. Subsequently, roles at BrasilPark - Shopping Patio Osasco as an Analista de RH and at TPC Logística Inteligente as an Analista de Gestão I allowed for the management of benefits, payroll verification, and recruitment tasks. In April 2024, Guilherme excelled as an Analista de Remuneração e Benefícios at Simpress, contributing to compensation strategies and employee benefits administration. Currently, an engagement at A.C.Camargo Cancer Center as an Analista de Remuneração is ongoing. Educationally, Guilherme holds a degree in Human Resources Management from UNINOVE, completed in 2021.
