Chris Royce

Chris Royce is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Simprints since January 2022. Prior to this role, Chris spent over 15 years at Cognitran, starting as a Java Application Developer and progressing through various management positions, including Technical Lead, Development Manager, Solutions Division Manager, and ultimately Head of Engineering. Key achievements include successfully transitioning to remote work, merging divisions to streamline operations, and leading major projects such as the Ford Diagnostic and Repair System. Chris holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Warwick and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of East Anglia.
