Nicola Steele

Nicola Steele is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as the Financial Controller at Simprints since September 2025. Prior to this, Nicola held the position of Finance Director at We Are Orchard Ltd from December 2018 to September 2025, overseeing financial reporting, system implementation, budgeting, and grant management while also ensuring business continuity during the Covid-19 pandemic. Earlier experience includes various roles at Lendlease, including Senior Finance Manager for Funds, where Nicola was responsible for the finance lead in the extension and modernization of retail asset holdings. Nicola holds an ACA qualification from ICAEW and a degree from Cardiff University. Educational background includes attendance at Nonsuch High School.
