Tara's earlier experience features roles at MATCHESFASHION.COM, Ultimate Asset Asia Pacific, and various digital and media agencies, demonstrating a strong background in recruitment, talent management, and digital strategy. Tara holds an MSc in Neuroscience, Language and Communication from UCL and a BA in Film and Media, Management from UC Irvine, complemented by international educational experiences.
