Alex Epstein

Alex Epstein is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in creative direction, brand strategy, and new product development. Currently serving as Creative Director at Alex + Experts since June 2021, Alex provides marketing strategy and fractional CMO services for various SaaS and Cloud platforms. As a shareholder at Simpro Software post-acquisition of BigChange in November 2024, Alex's previous roles include Global Creative Director and Chief Marketing Officer at BigChange, contributing to a notable £100M exit to private equity. Earlier experiences encompass leadership positions at Concoction, where Alex founded and served as CEO, overseeing product development and commercialization, as well as a role as Head of Communications at Masternaut. Alex holds a BSc (Hons) in Management with a specialization in Marketing from Alliance Manchester Business School.
