Mamta Chhillar

Mamta Chhillar is an experienced Learning and Development Manager at Simpro Software since February 2022, with a strong background in instructional design and learning experience design across various organizations. Previous roles include Learning Experience Designer at SweetRush Inc., and instructional design positions at TAFE Queensland, Compono, and the Australian Sports Commission. Mamta has developed and implemented e-learning solutions and training programs, focusing on innovative learning strategies and collaboration with business units to identify training needs. With a solid educational foundation, including a B.Ed in Education and an M.A in Economics from Delhi University and Panjab University, Mamta has demonstrated expertise in creating tailored learning experiences and has successfully collaborated with faculty and industry stakeholders to achieve accreditation and project delivery goals.
