Michael Logan has a diverse background in customer care and fraud investigations, beginning as a Fraud Investigator at Ageas Group from March 2002 to March 2017. Michael then transitioned to customer service roles, serving as a Senior Customer Care Manager at Lumen Technologies from September 2018 to August 2022 and then as Customer Care Manager at Level 3 Communications from April 2017 to August 2022. In October 2023, Michael took on the role of Escalation Manager at Colt Technology Services and is currently working as Customer Success Manager at Simpro Software since October 2025. Education was completed at Uddingston Grammar School.
