Vicki Park

Vicki Park has extensive work experience in account management and customer success roles. Vicki is currently the Director of Account Management at Simpro Software since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Odro as the Head of Strategic Accounts and later as the Head of Customer Success from 2021 to 2023. Vicki also served as an Account Director at Odro from 2021 to 2022. Before joining Odro, they were the Relationship Director at FOOTY.COM from 2020 to 2021. Vicki also worked as an Account Director at Leighton from 2017 to 2020. Earlier in their career, Vicki held positions at Communicator as an Enterprise Account Manager and Key Account Executive from 2012 to 2017. Vicki started their career at SCC as an Account Manager and later became an Account Operations Manager from 2000 to 2008. Vicki was the Head of Sales Support at Claritas Solutions Limited from 2008 to 2012.

Vicki Park attended Sacred Heart in Newcastle from 1990 to 1998, where they obtained an Advanced GNVQ degree in Business Studies. In 2016, they also earned a Certificate of Excellence in Strategic Selling from Miller Heiman Europe GmbH.
