Dave H.

Dave H. is an experienced lawyer who has practiced primarily in contentious civil and commercial law since 2003. Currently serving as the Head of the Private Practice Area at Simpson Millar Solicitors, Dave is responsible for areas including Dispute Resolution, Employment, and Wills, Trusts & Probate. They have extensive advocacy experience, having appeared before judges in both the County and High Courts across the North West. Dave's previous roles include Head of Advocacy and Technical Lead at Hattons Solicitors and Senior Litigator at DDE Law Limited, among others. Educated at the University of Reading and the University of the West of England, Dave holds a Bachelor of Laws and completed the Bar Vocational Course.
