Ian Webber is an accomplished IT and transformation leader with extensive experience in business change and digital transformation across various sectors. Currently serving as the IT and Transformation Director at Simpson Millar Solicitors since April 2022, Ian also holds the position of Director of Business Change at Rocket Change since April 2006. Previously, Ian has contributed to organizations such as the National Nuclear Laboratory as Chief Technology Officer (Interim), Adare International as Chief Transformation Officer, and has held multiple Managing Director roles at Rathbone Training UK, Intraining, and NCG from January 2017 to June 2019. Ian's leadership experience includes executive roles at PeoplePlus UK and Swinton Insurance, as well as advisory board contributions at Torus. Educational credentials include a BSc Hons in Business Studies from the University of Bradford and an executive education at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.

We can track our history back to 1841, when Henry Simpson became a partner based in the London Bridge area. Over the next 170 years, we've been providing the very best service we could to our clients, while expending our range of services, not only to our clients but to a growing number of business partners, organisation and trade unions. Fast track to 2015 and Simpson Millar acquired Colemans-CTTS. Together, the two firms created a strong business with extension experience. We are now owned by Doorway with a clear 5-year plan to grow and become the leading consumer law firm in the UK. In 2018, as part of this plan, we have acquired EAD Solicitors and JWK Solicitors.
