Liam Jolly has been working as a Senior IT Support Analyst since March 2006, with experience in SLA/Time management and providing 24hr on-call support for a business with 400+ end users. Prior to this role, Liam worked as an Administrator at COLIN LAWSON TRANSPORT LIMITED and Fairport Engineering Limited, where Liam was involved in management, monitoring of workloads, and purchase ordering. Liam completed their education at St Josephs High School & Sports College, graduating with a degree in Information Technology.
