Rasheed Giwa

Rasheed Giwa is an IT Support Specialist at The Clear Group since January 2024, with prior experience as a 1st Line Support Engineer at SSY - Simpson Spence Young from June 2023 to January 2024. Before entering the IT field, Rasheed worked as a Sales Associate at Premier Inn from August 2021 to June 2023, where responsibilities included managing client booking data and handling payment arrangements. Rasheed's achievements during this time include being recognized as Employee of the Month and contributing a recommendation that improved operational efficiency in the bar's food till system. Rasheed holds a Master's degree in Computing and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science, both from De Montfort University.
