Ginger Cipher has extensive experience in sales and merchandising within the building materials industry, currently serving as a Senior Dealer Sales Representative at Simpson Strong-Tie since December 2016. Notable achievements include receiving multiple Sales By Objectives Awards in 2024 and the Hugh B. Oliphant Branch Champion Award in 2024, as well as co-chairing the National Retail New Product Development Committee from 2025 to 2027. Prior to the current role, Ginger Cipher held positions at Simpson Strong-Tie including Dealer Sales Representative and Merchandising Coordinator, where responsibilities included managing retail specialists, product demonstrations, and client relationships.
