John Jennings

John Jennings is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in senior leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at SIMPSON since September 2025, Jennings previously held positions such as General Manager at MI Metals, Inc. from 2023 to 2025, and Vice President and General Manager at Assurant from 2022 to 2023. Jennings has also contributed as Vice President of Operations at The Middleby Corporation between 2017 and 2022, and as Global Director of Engineering Sales and Service at ITW from 2012 to 2017. Earlier career milestones include managerial roles at Ali Group and DESA, as well as serving as an International Operations Engineer in the United States Air Force from 1999 to 2005. Jennings holds an MBA from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Mercer University.
