SIMSINLIFTS: Connected at Every Level

At SIMSINLIFTS, we know that reliable emergency communication is critical in lift systems. That’s why we’ve redefined how lift SIMs are managed—combining multi-roaming SIM technology with the industry’s first dedicated SIM management portal to ensure lifts stay connected, at every level.

-Why Multi-Roam Matters-

Founded by telecom experts with lift industry insight, SIMSINLIFTS provides advanced multi-roam SIMs that automatically connect to the strongest available UK network. Unlike single-network SIMs, this reduces downtime, prevents dropped calls, and ensures compliance with safety standards for emergency communication.

-Portal Power: Total SIM Control-

Our self-service SIM management portal puts full control in your hands—anytime, anywhere. Features include:

🟢 Remote SIM activation to avoid unnecessary site visits.
🟢 Real-time ordering & tracking through Royal Mail.
🟢 Automated renewal reminders for seamless service.
🟢 One-click cancellations—no lengthy notice periods.
🟢 Integrated billing with downloadable invoices and reports.
🟢 Live SIM status views and search by SIM number or location.

SIMSINLIFTS supports lift companies, engineers, and property managers with scalable, cost-effective connectivity. Our plans offer flexibility without hidden fees, and our fully roaming SIMs include unlimited minutes for maximum reliability.

As a sister company of Prime Connect, we bring top-tier telecoms expertise directly into the lift sector. And with new services like caller ID location for trapped passengers and mobile apps for engineers, we’re building smarter, faster emergency response systems.

Since launching in 2022, we’ve quadrupled in size—serving over 50 lift partners across the UK and Europe. From modernisation projects to full portfolio migrations, SIMSINLIFTS delivers trusted, future-ready solutions.

Don’t settle for partial coverage—stay connected, 24/7, with SIMSINLIFTS.
