Edward Beaver

Edward Beaver possesses extensive experience in project and marina management, having held significant roles at reputable companies over a span of more than two decades. Edward began as a Project / Marina Manager at Crest Nicholson from 1997 to 2004, before advancing to Associate Director at Mace Group from 2004 to 2007. Edward then worked as Senior Project Manager at Majid Al Futtaim between January 2009 and November 2010. Subsequently, Edward served in various leadership positions at BLD Consult Ltd, British Land, and British Land Developments from 2011 to 2016, ultimately achieving the role of Director. Currently, Edward is a Partner at Simten since September 2017. Edward holds a Master of Science in Development Project Management from the University of Reading and a Bachelor of Arts in History & Ancient History from Cardiff University.
