Thomas Richter is an experienced Project Manager currently overseeing New Product Development Projects at Simucube since November 2023. Prior to this role, Richter managed customer delivery projects at Elematic Oyj from March 2019 to November 2023, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from design to installation. Previous experience includes roles as an R&D Engineer and Mechanical Design Engineer at Nanofoot Finland Oy, where responsibilities included prototype testing and mechanical solutions design. Richter's earlier experience also encompasses mechanical design and engineering roles at Satimus Oy, Microsoft, and internships at prestigious organizations, complemented by a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Mechanical Engineering from Technische Universität Dresden.
