Giulia Monopoli has a strong academic background in mathematics, with a Master's degree in Mathematics, Modelling and Simulation for Biomedical Applications from Università di Trento, awarded with honors. Currently a PhD student at Simula Research Laboratory, Giulia plans to engage in research at UC San Diego's Cardiac Mechanics Research Group in the near future.
