Ingolf Søreide

Ingolf Søreide is a seasoned professional in the oil industry with over 40 years of experience. They currently serve as Project Director at Equinor, where they oversee a portfolio of exploration and development projects on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. Ingolf has held various leadership roles in international markets, including asset management and project direction in the UK, Brazil, and Russia. Their previous positions include Vice President roles at Statoil and Norsk Hydro, along with board memberships at Christian Michelsen Research and Simula Research Laboratory. Ingolf earned a Master’s degree and a PhD in Petroleum Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
